Biography:
Liam has been a personal trainer for 4 years. PE Department is his second home!
I am a stickler for correct technique and scientifically proven methods of exercise. My sessions are structured, purposeful and very much founded on fitness methodologies. I have a passion for strength and weight training and breaking down the misconceptions around strength training. I am committed to partnering with clients rehabilitating after injuries and preparing them again for functional and effective movements.
