ABOUT P.E DEPARTMENT

PE Department is a boutique gym and group training space in Chelmer, Brisbane. Our training methodology is simple and based on 3 specialty 50 minute sessions; Strength, Fitness and All In. We offer customised programs using tried and tested training methods over what is trending because sometimes, simple is what’s best.

At PE Department, we want you to start your journey the right way. At your induction class, we will perform a movement and strength assessment to identify any movement and muscle discrepancies. Not only will this give you confidence, but it will help you to develop the skills you need in all key movements before entering our regular classes.

We love celebrating all of the little wins along your fitness journey, so we have designed our quarterly focus sessions for those that are all about the details. Every 12 weeks we will test, compare and highlight your improvements through a body scan, fitness and strength test.

While it’s recommended that you attend one of each session per week, we know sometimes that isn’t always possible – but don’t worry, we have a solution! Head into the PE Department between classes and work your way through the days session displayed on the TV’s or let one of our trainers assist you with a program to suit your specific fitness goals.
