Biography:
Steph is a qualified Personal Trainer with a Certificate III and IV in Fitness, along with a Bachelor of Nutrition from Queensland University of Technology. She has been helping women improve their health and fitness since 2008 with a focus on strength training, body recomposition and metabolic health. She is passionate about helping women build confidence in themselves and create healthy, active lifestyles that feel realistic and sustainable. She believes health doesn’t need to be complicated, it’s about building strong, fit bodies, eating real foods, prioritising protein, and creating habits that support long term wellbeing. The biggest challenge for most women isn’t knowing what to do, it’s staying consistent when life already feels full and overwhelming. That’s why she focus’s on helping women build simple systems, routines, and healthy habits that work within real life.
Steph believes good health is one of the greatest gifts we can give ourselves and our families, and with the right mindset, tools, and support, it’s possible for everyone.
